The Farm was started in 1987 when Linda and John Lentz first ventured into the sustainable shellfish farming industry. Through our practices, we have continued to honor our environmental obligation to the South Sound, and Pacific Northwest as a whole.

Our restaurant, Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar celebrates the continued tradition of providing local, sustainably harvested shellfish, to the community here in Olympia, Washington. As 2nd generation shellfish farmers, we created this space to share our passion while holding true to our family legacy.
