From milestone birthdays and anniversaries to wedding celebrations and corporate dinners, the Chelsea Annex gives you a space to make your own. We'll work with you to customize the experience around your gathering, creating a setting that feels just right for the people—and the occasion—you’re bringing together.
Whether you're planning an intimate dinner or a lively cocktail-style gathering, the Annex has room to celebrate your way. The space can accommodate up to 24 guests seated or 50 guests standing and mingling with tables, and—with a banquet permit—the celebration can extend into the foyer to welcome up to 80 standing guests.

Enjoy private full-bar service, a large screen and projector, and a dedicated music system, all within a space that's yours for the occasion. From the flow of the room to what's being served, we'll help you bring the pieces together so you can focus on enjoying your people.

A great gathering deserves something delicious at the center of it.
Bring the Chelsea Farms experience to your celebration with a menu customized for your event. Whether you're planning an intimate dinner, a lively reception, or something entirely your own, we'll work with you to create food and drinks that feel worthy of the occasion.
During peak seasons, including summer weekends and holidays, a $2,500 food and beverage minimum applies. For all other dates, minimums may vary and can be negotiated based on availability. Menu selections must be finalized no later than one week ahead of the event.

Make the menu your own with a variety of add-ons, from fresh Chelsea Pacific oysters, geoduck ceviche, charcuterie, prawn cocktail, baked oysters, and an impressive grand seafood tower to hearty sides like roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Keep the celebration flowing with passed appetizers including mini lobster rolls, crab cakes, scallop and pork belly skewers, poke cucumber bites, and bruschetta, then finish things on a sweet note with crème brûlée, brownies, or blondies. Additional entrées, salads, and other selections are also available to round out your spread.
